COINS and/or ART PRODUCTS

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

For orders containing coins already issued and / or art products, delivery will take place within 90 days from the date of receipt by the Poligrafico of the payment of the order, except for any delays due to force majeure and / or facts non-attributable to the Poligrafico.

For orders containing bookable coins, meaning not yet issued at the time the order is placed and the payment is done, the delivery will be made in a single solution within 90 days from the date of issue of all the coins contained in the order, except for any delays due to force majeure and / or facts not attributable to Poligrafico.

In the case of orders with both of the aforementioned types of products, or also containing bookable coins (i.e. not yet issued at the time of the order), the delivery will be made in a single solution, within 90 days of the issue of all the coins contained in the order, except for any delays due to force majeure and / or facts not attributable to Poligrafico.

The issue date of the coins is shown in description page of each product, under "Availability date" and in the corresponding product page in the relevant catalog, available in the footer of the site, under "Issue".

 

Examples:

- order placed on February 2nd; contains coins already issued (or art products): the 90 days within which the delivery will take place will start from 2 February.

- order placed on February 2nd; it contains a coin with an April 3 issue and a coin with an October 10 issue: the 90 days within which the delivery will take place will start from 10 October.

- order placed on February 2nd; it contains coins already issued (or art products) and a coin with issue 10 October: the 90 days within which the delivery will take place will start from 10 October.

 

DELIVERY METHODS AND MANAGEMENT OF NOTICE LEFT

 

In all cases of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering, Il Poligrafico will ship using external couriers. In the event of non-delivery, the Customer must report the fact to Customer Service, toll-free number 800.864035, e-mail info.shop@ipzs.it and follow the instructions given. In any case, Poligrafico will be liable for any loss of the goods delivered to the Courier within the limits set out in the art. 63 of the Legislative Decree. n. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments.

 

DELIVERIES TO ITALY

 

Order value up to 1000 euros, shipping weighing less than 2 kg

The customer will receive an email with the no. tracking when the order is shipped. Delivery generally takes place within 2 working days from when the courier takes charge of the shipment. In the event that the Customer is absent on the first delivery attempt, the Courier will make a new attempt the following day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, a warehouse will be opened at the Courier. The Customer must collect the products in stock with the Courier within 7 days, after which the products will be returned to Poligrafico which will keep them in stock for a further 7 days.

 

Order value up to 1000 euros, shipping weighing more than 2 kg

The customer will receive an email when the order is shipped. Delivery generally takes place within 3-5 working days from when the courier takes charge of the shipment. In the event that the Customer is absent on the first delivery attempt, the Courier will make a new attempt the following day (4th or 6th working day). Following the first attempt, a copy of the consignment note is left at the recipient's home, showing the date and time of passage on the back with an invitation to contact the local branch to arrange redelivery. The following day the shipment will in any case be re-delivered (unless otherwise agreed with the Customer). Following the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the Courier will also attempt - where possible - a telephone contact, if the recipient's telephone number is indicated in the consignment note. If all attempts are unsuccessful, a warehouse will be opened with the Courier within the next 24 hours from the last delivery attempt. The Customer must collect the products in stock with the Courier within 8 days, after which the products will be returned to Poligrafico which will keep them in stock for a further 7 days.

 

Order value from 1000 to 3000 euros, weight less than 2 kg

The customer will receive an email with the no. tracking when the order is shipped. Delivery generally takes place within 4/6 working days from when the courier takes charge of the shipment. In the event that the Customer is absent at the first delivery attempt, a warehouse will be opened with the Courier. The Customer must collect the products in stock with the Courier within 30 days, after which the products will be returned to Poligrafico which will keep them in stock for a further 7 days.

 

Order value from 1000 to 3000 euros, weight over 2 kg

The customer will receive an email when the order is shipped. Delivery generally takes place within 3-5 working days from when the courier takes charge of the shipment. In the event that the Customer is absent on the first delivery attempt, the Courier will make a new attempt the following day. (4th or 6th working day). Following the first attempt, a copy of the consignment note is left at the recipient's home, showing the date and time of passage on the back with an invitation to contact the local branch to arrange redelivery. The following day the shipment will in any case be re-delivered (unless otherwise agreed with the Customer). Following the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the Courier will also attempt - where possible - a telephone contact, if the recipient's telephone number is indicated in the consignment note. If all attempts are unsuccessful, a warehouse will be opened with the Courier within the next 24 hours from the last delivery attempt. The Customer must collect the products in stock with the Courier within 8 days, after which the products will be returned to Poligrafico which will keep them in stock for a further 7 days.

 

Order value greater than 3000

The customer will receive an email when the order is shipped. Delivery takes place in 5-7 working days from when the courier takes charge of the shipment. The Courier makes a first delivery attempt following telephone contact. If the Customer is unreachable by telephone, the delivery attempt will still be made. In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the package returns to the Courier's sorting center where it remains in storage for 5 days, after which the products will be returned to Poligrafico which will keep them in storage for a further 7 days.

 

DELIVERIES OUT OF ITALY

 

Order value less than 3000 euros, shipping weight less than 2 kg

The customer will receive an email with the no. tracking when the order is shipped. Once the courier takes charge of the shipment, delivery takes place in 6-12 working days for shipments to Europe, within 30 days for other countries. In the event that the Customer is absent at the first delivery attempt, a warehouse will be opened with the Courier. The Customer must collect the products in stock with the Courier within a period that varies from 10 to 30 days depending on the country of delivery, after which the products will be returned to Poligrafico which will keep them in stock for a further 7 days.

 

Order value greater than 3000 euros

The customer will receive an email when the order is shipped. Delivery generally takes place within 10-15 working days from when the courier takes charge of the shipment. In the event that the Customer is absent on the first delivery attempt, the Courier will make a new attempt the following day. Following the first attempt, a copy of the consignment note is left at the recipient's home, showing the date and time of passage on the back with an invitation to contact the local branch to arrange redelivery. The following day the shipment will in any case be re-delivered (unless otherwise agreed with the Customer). Following the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the Courier will also attempt - where possible - a telephone contact, if the recipient's telephone number is indicated in the consignment note. If all attempts are unsuccessful, a warehouse will be opened with the Courier within the next 24 hours from the last delivery attempt. The Customer must collect the products in stock with the Courier within 8 days, after which the products will be returned to Poligrafico which will keep them in stock for a further 7 days.

 

 

For all shipments, it is understood that, if the maximum foreseen storage period has expired unnecessarily, if the Customer has not requested the re-sending of the products and paid any shipping costs due, the contract will be considered terminated and Poligrafico will arrange for the refund of the amounts paid by the Customer, net of all expenses possibly incurred by Poligrafico due to non-delivery caused by the absence of the recipient.
