Right of Withdrawal
Information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal
- pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 206/2005
Right of withdrawal
As "Consumer", you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail) to be sent to:

To do this, you can use this form of withdrawal, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from a contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you made in our favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until you demonstrate to have returned the goods, if previous.
These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be incurred as a consequence of such reimbursement.

The products have to be return without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day in which you have notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your charge.
The refund may be suspended by Poligrafico until receipt of the goods, or until you demonstrate that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
