On this occasion a further quantity of coins will be available for sale, both online and at the Spazio Verdi sales point in Rome, in Piazza G. Verdi 1.
Obverse: at the centre, a depiction of Italia Turrita, standing proudly on the globe, holding a sceptre and a cornucopia. Arch-shaped, the inscription "REPUBBLICA ITALIANA", separated by a decorative dot. The "R" identifying the Mint of Rome is in the right field. At the bottom, also on the right, the signature of the designer of the obverse, "M. BONIFACIO."
Reverse: at the centre, a half-length portrait of the Statue of Liberty. Arche-shaped, thirteen stars, representing the 13 colonies that gave birth to the United States, and the inscription "LIBERTY". At the top, in the field, the face value "3 EURO", at the bottom the two dates "1776" and "2026", respectively, the year the United States of America achieved independence and the year of issue of the coin, separated by a decorative dot. At the bottom left, “JN” signature of the designer of the reverse.
