Obverse: at the centre, is a depiction of the Italia Turrita holding the Italian flag, with a star nearby at the bottom right. Around the edge, the inscription "REPUBBLICA ITALIANA". In the top right field "2026", year of issue of the coin, and "R", identifying the Mint of Rome. At the bottom left, the designer's signature, "PETRASSI”. Coin with coloured elements.
Reverse: at the centre is the official logo of Italian Cuisine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The top field features the inscription "10 DICEMBRE 2025", while the face value "5 EURO" appears at the bottom. The inscription “IO AMO LA CUCINA ITALIANA PATRIMONIO DELL’UMANITÀ” appears on the edge, with two hearts replacing the first two O's, and the Italian flag in its heraldic colours.
