Obverse: at the top, the logo of the Information System for the Security of the Republic representing DIS, AISI and AISE; in the centre, the heraldic coats of arms of AISE, on the left, and of AISI, on the right. At the bottom, the number 100, indicative of the centenary, is placed in between the dates 1925 and 2025. In the background, the historical logo of Sismi. On top, arch-shaped, the inscription “CENTENARIO DELLA NASCITA DELL’INTELLIGENCE ITALIANA”, at the bottom, arch-shaped, the inscription “REPUBBLICA ITALIANA”.

Reverse: the centre depicts a plan of Forte Braschi, current headquarters of the Foreign Intelligence and Security Agency. On the right, the modeler's signature, "E.F.MOD," on the left "R," identifying the Mint of Rome. At the top, the inscription "FORTE BRASCHI ROMA," at the bottom the face value "5 EURO" and "2025," the year of the coin’s issue.
