Order Management

Yes, you can request a delivery address change, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

Send your request to info.shop@ipzs.it including:

  • your order number;
  • the new delivery address;
  • your order confirmation email as an attachment.

The request must be sent from the email address used to place the order.

Please note that:

  • the recipient at the new address must match the one indicated in the original order;
  • it is not possible to switch from delivery to a specific address to collection at a pickup point.
