The Italian Songs Series coin - Il Cielo by Renato Zero - will be available for purchase on all pre-sale dates listed above.
Adding an item to your virtual cart does not reserve it. The system checks availability again during
payment processing. Due to high concurrent customer activity, the authorized quantity may become
exhausted before completing your purchase.
The queue system manages access impartially during high-traffic periods.
To check if there is a limit to the quantity of a coin that can be purchased, go to the coin's product
page and enter the desired quantity in the appropriate field, next to the Add to Cart button.
If a coin sells out during the presale (click-day) or in the following days, an additional contingent of
coins will be made available on the website for sale on the issue date, shown on the coin's page.
Additionally, the coins might become available again in exceptional cases. It is therefore recommended
to check the website periodically or subscribe to the newsletter to receive any updates about this.

Account and Profile Management
Your account name corresponds to the email address you used during registration.
You can modify your email address by accessing your profile in the "Account Information" section. For
security reasons, this change must be made personally.
To protect your data, after three failed login attempts your account will be temporarily blocked for 20
minutes. Please wait for this period before attempting to log in again or request a password reset.
For business registration, enter your VAT number (without "IT") in the tax code field, and the complete
VAT number (with "IT") in the VAT field.

Shipping and Delivery
You will receive a dedicated email as soon as your order is handed over to the courier for shipping.
- • For deliveries in Italy: 2-6 business days
- • For deliveries in Europe: 6-12 business days
- • For other Countries: up to 30 business days
No, to ensure the security of your collector coins, we only make deliveries to a physical person at the
specified address.
For orders in Italy up to €3,000, you will receive the tracking number via email. For orders of higher
value or international shipments, for security reasons, we do not provide tracking.
You can consult all shipping rates in the dedicated "SHIPPING COSTS" page on our website.
You have 60 days from when you receive the availability notification. If you anticipate not being able
to collect within this timeframe, you can request an extension by writing to info.shop@ipzs.it.
Payments
All displayed prices include all applicable taxes.
You can make payments using the methods listed on the PAYMENT METHODS page.
Pre-orderable Coins
Shipping will occur within 90 days from the official issue date of the coin. For each coin, the
"Availability Date" is indicated in the product page.
To ensure the best care of your order, we will make a single shipment when all coins are available.

Order Management
Your order can be in one of the following states:
- • Confirmed: Order successfully registered
- • Processing: Waiting to be processed
- • Preparation: Being prepared for shipping
- • Shipped: Handed over to courier
- • In storage at courier: Delivery attempt failed. The order is waiting to be picked up by the customer at the Courier
- • Delivered: Successfully delivered
- • Available at pickup point: Ready for collection at Spazio Verdi
- • Collected at pickup point: Collected by customer or delegate
- • Reminder sent: Order ready at pickup point with 60-day collection period nearing expiration
- • Returned to IPZS: Returned to Poligrafico due to failed delivery
- • Cancelled by Customer: Order cancelled by customer
- • Cancelled by Bank: Order cancelled by bank due to payment issues
- • Cancelled by Management: Order cancelled due to product unavailability
- • Refunded: Amount returned to customer
- • Awaiting refund details: Uncollected order requiring IBAN for refund (payment made via MyBank or PayPal payment made more than 180 days ago)
Yes, you can request the change by sending an email to info.shop@ipzs.it, provided the order is not
already in preparation or shipping phase.
2025 Campaign FAQ

periods.
