What is my account?
The account name is the e-mail address you registered with on the site.

 

The system says the account is temporarily suspended. What does it mean?

It means that you have made more than three incorrect login attempts and due to security protocols the account is blocked for approximately 20 minutes. During this period it is not recommended to make any other access attempts. After 20 minutes, you can proceed to re-enter the password correctly or request its replacement with the appropriate link.

 

I can't reset my password.

Probably, as in the previous case, you have made more than three incorrect login attempts and due to security protocols the account is blocked for around 20 minutes. During this period it is not recommended to make any other access attempts.

After 20 minutes, you can proceed to request a replacement using the appropriate link.

 

Can I register a new account from a smartphone?

Yes, although it is always advisable to register and log in for the first time from a PC, since some smartphone models have problems with entering the captcha code.

 

I have a new email account. Can I change my e-mail i.e. account name?

Yes, you can do this within your profile by clicking on “Account information” in the left menu, clicking on the box next to “Change email” by entering the new email and then clicking on “Save”.

 

I can't access my account to change my e-mail/account name, can you change my e-mail address?

No, changing the e-mail address, as it is also the username, is only possible from your account.

 

I cannot complete the registration as a company (Italian company only)
To register as a company you must enter the VAT number without "IT" where the tax code is indicated, and the VAT number complete with "IT" where VAT is indicated.
What should I do if I realize I entered an incorrect or incomplete address?

Simply log in to your profile and make the desired changes. Then communicate the changes to info.shop@ipzs.it

 

What should I do if I realize I entered an incorrect or incomplete address after paying for an order?

You must communicate the correct address to us by sending an email with the data entered to info.shop@ipzs.it asking for it to be changed.

It is no longer possible to make changes to delivery addresses when the order status is "under preparation" or "shipped".
