During the payment of the order, on the BNL-Positivity interface, the system stops and asks me for a code. What should I do?

This code is requested by the 3D Secure authentication system for enabled cards that are part of the Mastercard and Verified by Visa circuit. 3D Secure is a security protocol that combines your credit card or prepaid card with a 6-digit "disposable" security code, called OTP (One Time Password), which is sent via SMS to the phone number that has been certified by the credit institution. Should you encounter this problem you should contact the credit institution that issued your credit card to request the enabling of the 3DS authentication system.

 

How will my credit card information be handled?

This e-commerce site does not collect and/or store any credit card data. Payments are done with a special protected link, on a secure page on the BNL-Positivity website.

 

Is it possible to make a purchase with a form or by email or by fax or registered letter?

No, the coins can only be purchased on the site or, from the date of issue, in the Poligrafico sales points in Rome indicated on the CONTACTS page. The sales points do not carry out booking or shipping activities for coins.

 

Can I make a purchase with cash on delivery?

No, the only payment method accepted for orders placed on the site are those listed at the page PAYMENT METHODS.

 

If I have difficulty making payment with a credit card, can I make it through a toll-free number operator?

No, as the payment (BNL-Positivity) is only possible with your own account.

 

I can't complete the payment, the site doesn't send me to the page where I can enter my card details, what can I do?

You should try and change the browser or clear the cache.
