OBVERSE: At the center, the official INTER logo. The inscriptions “FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO” at the top and “CAMPIONE D'ITALIA 2025-2026” at the bottom run along the edge, separated on the left and right by two stars.

REVERSE: At the center, the biscione, symbol of Inter and the city of Milan, encircling the number 21, beneath which, in smaller size, the Club’s logo is reproduced. In the background, also at the center, the tricolour Scudetto rendered in heraldic colours. Along the edge are inscribed all the years in which FC Internazionale Milano has won the Italian Championship. At the lower right, the designer’s signature “G. CARBONI”.
