Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used for this website acquire, during their normal operations, some personal data which is implicitly provided when using internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users, the URI/URLs (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:

  • obtaining statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
  • checking the correct functioning of the services offered.

The navigation data does not last for more than seven days (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the judicial authorities).

Data provided voluntarily by the user

Should the user choose voluntarily and expressly to send an e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site, the sender's address, required to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the e-mail message, shall be acquired by the Poligrafico.
With reference to the personal data provided by the data subject in order to register on the site and, possibly, to place an online order, please refer to the Privacy Policy provided to the user during registration.

Cookies

Cookies shall not be used for user profiling.
Cookies shall only be used, exclusively by the Poligrafico, to produce statistics on navigation of the site https://www.cshare.ipzs.it/.
Technical session cookies (non-persistent) shall be used, strictly limited to that which is necessary for the secure and efficient navigation of the site.
The use of persistent cookies (which are stored permanently on the user's computer and do not disappear when the browser is closed) and functional cookies is necessary to offer a better browser experience. Data subjects have the right to obtain, in the cases foreseen, access to their personal data and their correction or cancellation or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to object to the processing (Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR) .

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data through this website is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, as provided for by Art. 77 of the Regulation, or to appeal to the appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).
